The hotel was in a bustling area of Karachi, always visited by great people. The rooms were comfortable, but I had issues with the smoking floor situation. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Mr Haseeb at the lobby. The location is central, close to everything I needed. The dining experience was up to the mark, with an excellent in-room breakfast. Overall, a distinctive hotel with some quirks to be aware of.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although needing renovation, were somewhat comfortable and reasonably clean, especially after being moved to a slightly better room by Manager Aftab. However, I later learned that my initial room was on a smoking floor, which was unpleasant. The service provided was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making up for the dated building and furniture. Despite some issues, the location in the bustling city center of Karachi was convenient, although some maintenance around the glass was needed. The dining experience had its highlights with delicious and freshly made dishes, but there were some protocol breaches by staff members. Overall, there were areas that needed improvement, but the stay had its bright spots too.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The front office staff, especially Mr Sebastian and Mr Arif, provided us with exceptional service, making our experience wonderful. The Pearl deluxe room on the 5th floor was fantastic, featuring a lovely large king-size bed. However, there was also a bit of a downside in terms of pricing.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent - clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff, especially housekeeping staff like Parkash, Mosin, and Aqeel, were incredibly helpful and nice. The Pearl deluxe room on the 5th floor with a large king size bed was a delightful experience. The hotel is a great choice if you appreciate a neat and clean environment.
